Customer Service Associate - Weekday Morning

About the role

As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service. This position is entry-level and we provide paid training for every new Customer Service Associate on the team.

Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour in pay increases through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders in the drive-thru
• Assembling orders
• Delivering food to customers
• Cleaning the dining room, tables, floors, and other areas of the Restaurant
• Talking to customers and providing quick, friendly service
• Processing payments efficiently
• Following proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Working together as a team, assisting other Crewmembers to ensure continuity of service
• Taking initiative and complying with Company policies

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Ability to kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
• Ability to ascend or descend stairs
• Ability to reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace

Pay

Starting pay: $15.00 per hour. Opportunity to earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour within the first year through training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Additional $1 per hour after 10pm.
