About the role

As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service. This is an entry-level position with no experience required, and we provide paid training for every new team member.

We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening, closing, and everything in between. Whether you have previous experience as a customer service associate, retail team member, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, drive-thru cashier, or any other restaurant or service-oriented role, we have a position for you.

Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour in pay increases through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders in the drive-thru
• Assembling orders
• Delivering food to customers
• Cleaning the dining room, tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
• Talking to customers and providing quick, friendly service
• Processing payments efficiently
• Following proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Working together as a team to ensure continuity of service
• Showing up to scheduled shifts on time

Physical requirements

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist, or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
