Customer Service Associate - South Bend

Full-time individual-contributor role located at 5032 Miami St, South Bend, IN 46614.

Responsibilities

• Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions
• Handles any walk-in customers
• Collects payments
• Makes policy changes
• Assists with claims paperwork that is requested by the claim’s representatives
• Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients
• Performs any additional duties assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Strong communication skills
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
