Customer Service Associate - Rensselaer

Responsibilities

• Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions.
• Handles any walk-in customers.
• Collections payments.
• Makes policy changes.
• Aids with claims paperwork requested by claim's representatives.
• Provides proof of insurance documents requested by clients.
• Ability to commute between offices in Benton County, Jasper County, Lake County, Newton County, Pulaski County, and White County as needed.
• Performs any additional duties assigned by management.

Requirements For Success

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience.
• A Property & Casualty insurance license, or the ability to obtain one within two years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
