Customer Service Associate - Part-Time - Bedford

Responsibilities

• Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions.
• Handles any walk-in customers.
• Collections payments.
• Makes policy changes.
• Aids with claims paperwork requested by claim representatives.
• Provides proof of insurance documents requested by clients.
• Performs any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements For Success

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One year of customer service experience.
• Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain within two years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
