Customer Service Associate - Mid shift
About the role
As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. Your main priority is to provide great customer service, including taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and talking to customers.
Responsibilities
- Take orders in the drive-thru
- Assemble orders
- Deliver food to customers
- Clean the dining room, tables, floors and other areas
- Talk to customers and provide friendly service
- Process payments efficiently
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
- Multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Provide quick and friendly service to all customers
- Work as a team, assisting other crewmembers
- Ability to work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Take initiative and comply with company policies

Qualifications
No prior restaurant experience required; the position is entry‑level and paid training is provided. Previous experience in customer service, retail, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, cook, prep cook, drive‑thru cashier or any service‑oriented role is a plus.

Pay
Starting hiring pay is $14.00 per hour. Within the first year you can earn up to an additional $1.50 per hour through training, certifications and performance evaluations.
Schedule
We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening shifts, closing shifts and everything in between. Flexible scheduling is offered.
