About the role

The Parasol Partner Support Associate works directly with end customers of our authorized integrators. This role requires the ability to carefully listen and assist end customers and our Partners in their questions. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Provide every customer with world-class customer service
• Respond to customer inquiries via incoming phone calls
• Aid integrators with general questions, account support, and billing questions
• Listen attentively to customers’ needs and concerns
• Accurately input customer data and leave detailed notes
• Utilize resources and multi-task through them as needed
• Pick up new technologies quickly and have a keen eye for detail
• Meet expectations in monthly KPIs identified by organization
• Meet required schedule adherence guidelines as identified by organization

Requirements

• 1+ year Customer Service
• Full-time hours between 8am-8pm ET, with the possibility on weekends
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

You must have experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce or Zendesk experience.

Skills

Accurate notes and grammar are a must!

The typical hiring salary for this role, ranges from USD $14.94 to $25.44 per hour but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
