Customer Service Associate – German Speaker

TalentPop is growing our global operations team and we're looking for a dedicated Customer Service Associate – German Speaker to join us as a direct hire. In this role, you'll work directly for TalentPop, supporting our internal operations and community through exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Provide support across phone, live chat, and email channels.
• Resolve customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and collaborate with internal teams.
• Represent TalentPop with professionalism and empathy in every interaction.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of customer service, support, or helpdesk experience.
• Professional fluency in both German and English.
• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, Shopify, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Technical Requirements

• Personal laptop or desktop with an Intel i5 processor or equivalent.
• Stable wired internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download speed.
