At Pinelawn Memorial Park, located in Farmingdale, New York, we take the utmost care and attention to detail so that families can feel at peace with their decision to lay a loved one to rest amongst the natural beauty found throughout the cemetery and memorial park. Additionally, we guide families every step of the way so that they feel a sense of security even during the most trying of times.

Responsibilities

  • Cook up and schedule all aspects of funeral services, including location, transportation and other necessary components.
  • Maintain accurate records, including financial transactions and staterequired documentation.
  • Speak with families to discuss their wishes and create a personalized funeral service plan.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
  • Provide information on funeral service options, products, and merchandise.

  • Be organized and detail oriented.

Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma (Required).
  • An Associates Degree or equivalent (Preferred).
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Detailed oriented.
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent follow up and follow through skills.
  • Able to work both independently and within a team.
  • Display professional phone etiquette.

Work Schedule

8:30AM – 5:00PM, Monday through Friday.
