Customer Service Associate, Fifth Ave

Ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong ability to assist clients and the Sales Team with solving client issues in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Administration or Customer Service role
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in the luxury watches or jewelry industry preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP
• Valid work authorization for employment in the USA

Responsibilities

• Report to the Manager of Customer Service in a highly client-facing role ensuring After Sales Service is handled efficiently
• Provide support to Sales Associates and the Back-Office team as needed
• Assist in maintaining the store’s appearance
• Manage product registration for repairs and maintenance
• Obtain updates from service facilities and factories and assist sales associates with client communications
• Ensure After Sales Service statistical information and inventory results are correct
• Consult with Management or members of the Sales Team on related After Sales issues
