About the role
The Customer Service Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience. Your responsibilities include taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and interacting with customers.
Responsibilities
- Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
- Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
- Ascend or descend stairs
- Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Work under pressure and at a fast pace
- Take initiative
- Comply with Company policies
Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Work together as a team, assisting other Crewmembers in completing tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service
