About the role

The Customer Service Associate plays a crucial role in enhancing the overall customer experience. Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service. Key duties include taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, and interacting with customers.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

• Work under pressure and at a fast pace

Essential Functions of the Position

• Lift and carry, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop
• Ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including above head and below waistline)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to show up to scheduled shifts on time
• Cleaning tables, floors and other areas of the Restaurant
• Taking orders from Customers and processing payments efficiently
• Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food
• Ability to multitask

• Provide all Customers with quick and friendly service
• Work together as a team, assisting other Crewmembers in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service

Pay

Starting hiring pay at: $15.00

Schedule

We are looking to hire Customer Service Associates who can thrive in an upbeat and fast-paced environment. We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening shifts, closing shifts and everything in between.
