Customer Service Associate - Dinner/Close Shift
About the role
As an important part of our team, Customer Service Associates impact all areas of the customer experience. As the name suggests, your main priority is to provide great customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders in the drive-thru, assembling orders, delivering food to customers, cleaning the dining room, talking to customers, etc. We are looking to hire Customer Service Associates who can thrive in an upbeat and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Take orders in the drive-thru
- Assemble orders

- Clean tables, floors and other areas of the Restaurant
- Take orders from Customers and process payments efficiently
- Follow proper safety procedures when handling and/or preparing food

- Work together as a team, assisting other Crewmembers in completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service

Pay
Starting hiring pay at: $16.00. Within your first year of working in the Restaurant, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour in pay increases through additional training, certifications, and performance evaluations. Additional $1 per hour after 10pm.
Schedule
We are hiring immediately for all shifts: opening shifts, closing shifts and everything in between. Flexible Scheduling.

Training
Even if you don't have previous Restaurant experience, this position is entry-level (yes, that's no experience required) and we provide paid training for every new Customer Service Associate on the team. We will make sure you are prepared to grow your Restaurant career with us.
