Responsibilities
- Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions
- Handles any walk-in customers
- Collects payments
- Makes policy changes
- Assists with claims paperwork that is requested by the claim’s representatives
- Provides proof of insurance documents that are requested by clients
- Any additional duties assigned by management
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license within 2 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
