The Customer Service Associate serves as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering an exceptional experience by assisting with product information, order management, shipping inquiries, and service-related requests. You’ll maintain professional and timely communication while working closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure accurate and efficient order processing. The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment, values attention to detail, and thrives on building strong customer relationships that foster long-term partnerships.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries about products, orders, shipping, and service requests

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or a related role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling challenging situations and tight deadlines with professionalism
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Experience working within ERP systems is preferred
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and products
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Schedule
Full-time, onsite role: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
