About the role

Meadows Garage Doors is seeking a full-time, in-office Customer Service Representative to handle incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service. No prior garage door experience is necessary, but a great phone voice and positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

  • You'll be the friendly voice helping customers navigate their garage door issues.
  • Answer incoming calls with warmth and confidence.
  • Help customers explain their needs without rushing them.
  • Gather and enter accurate customer information into our system.
  • Schedule or assist with booking appointments during business hours.
  • Route urgent questions to the appropriate team member.
  • Keep the customer-service process organized and professional.
  • Ensure customers feel taken care of throughout the call.

  • Sound friendly but not fake.
