About the role
This is not your average part-time position - this is your chance to work as a professional in a part-time capacity! We will provide you with comprehensive training to successfully deliver the USLI Experience - one interaction at a time. If you enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and building skills in a professional setting, we’d love to hear from you. This role is part-time, subject to a maximum of 29 hours per week, year-round, and is based in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer service: Answer and distribute incoming phone calls while providing friendly and professional assistance to our insurance agents and brokers.
- Communication: Actively listen to our callers’ needs and respond in a fast and professional manner. Occasionally send concise emails as needed to assist customers with requests.
- Service excellence: Demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude with every interaction.
- Learning and application: Learn and apply foundational insurance concepts through training and hands-on experience.
Qualifications
- Competency: Candidates must pass a proficiency assessment to be considered for the role.
- Location: Must be able to commute to our Wayne, PA office with the option of 1 remote workday per week.
- Schedule: This is a year-round part-time position (up to 29 hours per week) based in our Wayne PA office. Availability between 11 am and 6 pm ET with a fixed weekly schedule.
