About the role

The Customer Service Associate position at Savers / Value Village involves creating an awesome experience for customers, donors, and other team members. This role is available both full-time and part-time.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Handle donations efficiently, ensuring they are processed and stored appropriately.
  • Support team members by offering guidance and assistance as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities provided by Savers University.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact positively with diverse groups.
