About the role

Throughout nearly 60 years, our innovation and proven quality have enabled us to lead the electrical products industry in designing, engineering and manufacturing world-class fiberglass, polycarbonate, and enclosures for diverse interior and exterior applications. We’re growing fast, and are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and talented people to join our customer service team in our Belding, Michigan office.

Responsibilities

  • Work independently while receiving full training on our process and product ranges, as well as the pros and cons of different solutions.
  • Use our case management and quoting systems.
  • Provide assistance when needed and be left alone when not required.
  • Guide customers to find the best possible solution for their requirements without engaging in cold calling.

Requirements

  • Experience with industrial products or customer service/sales.
  • Ability to quickly learn our product portfolio and provide excellent customer service.
  • Comfortable speaking on the phone and maintaining professionalism.
  • Inquisitiveness and a passion for learning about products.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Organized and able to manage tasks efficiently.

  • Customer service and communication skills.
