Customer Service Associate

Responsibilities

• Respond efficiently and effectively to clients regarding claims needs and service requests for contract withdrawals, surrenders, ownership & beneficiary changes.
• Explain company products, contract benefits and transactions by maintaining knowledge of all products and Customer Support procedures.
• Provide technical assistance to clients with accessing the client portal.
• Communicate with clients openly and respectfully to ensure highest quality service.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in customer service
• Must attend 3 days on-site per week in the Durham, NC office from 9AM-6PM
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred areas of study include Communications, Psychology, or History

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $20.00-$23.00 per hour, based on experience
