About the role
Jaeckle Distributors has a great opportunity for an experienced and team oriented Customer Service Associate. The position is located at our company headquarters in Madison, WI. In total, we have over 100 employees and we partner with businesses in 11 states for their flooring and surfacing product needs. Jaeckle Distributors is a third generation, family-owned business that was founded in 1958. Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Associate will take inbound customer calls and assist with placing orders, checking stock or resolving issues. You would be joining a team of experienced people ready and willing to help you succeed! Teamwork, great communication and a focus on the customer are essential for success in this role. Our Customer Service Team takes great pride in their contribution to the Jaeckle customer experience.
Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Experience in a call center environment working in a call queue
- Strong keyboard and computer skills
- A positive "how can I help" attitude
- Pride in your work ethic and attention to detail
- Readiness to learn new systems and processes to build and expand your expertise
- Interest in learning about new products
- Teamwork, great communication, and a focus on the customer
