Customer Service Associate
About the role
The Customer Service Associate is responsible for the order-entry process for our customers, which includes interacting with customers by email and telephone. The Customer Support Associate manages the “order to invoice” process ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the order and the effective communication with the external customer and internal sales associate. In addition to order entry, this position will also directly provide support to sales with maintaining overall account performance as well as Sample requests.
This position will have a target of 40 hours per week and is eligible for overtime. This position is based in our Secaucus, New Jersey warehouse (on-site).

Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years general customer account support experience preferred
- Friendly, positive demeanor with ability to handle fast paced and time sensitive tasks
- Proficient computer skills related to data entry, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. Previous experience with ERP and CRM platforms a plus
- HIGH level of attention to detail and accuracy is required
- Passion for cheese and specialty foods a plus
