Pay

$16.90 – $19.00/hour + possible commission. $500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of continuous employment.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a friendly, positive attitude
• Talk with guests and sign them up for Monthly Unlimited Memberships
• Help guests choose the best wash options and upgrades
• Process payments quickly and accurately
• Safely load vehicles onto the conveyor
• Prep vehicles according to company standards
• Inspect & wipe down vehicles to ensure BLISS-level quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site
• Support team members to keep operations running smoothly
• Complete scheduled cleaning tasks (tunnel, vacuum area, walkways, etc.)

Requirements

• Positive, reliable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
• Willingness to learn and grow

No experience required—we provide training. Car wash, retail, or customer service experience is a plus.

Work Environment

• Indoor and outdoor work
• Exposure to changing weather conditions
• Some noise, water, and vehicle/cleaning product exposure
• Fast-paced, high-volume setting

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Work in varying weather conditions
