About the role
Provide exceptional customer service to customers purchasing games at our store.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet customers in a friendly manner
- Process sales and handle returns
- Ensure store is clean and organized
- Help customers find products and answer questions about games
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of games and gaming industry preferred
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
