Key Responsibilities

  • Follow up with customers after quotes are sent to encourage conversion
  • Track pending quotes, customer responses, and next steps
  • Ensure customers receive timely updates and accurate information
  • Use basic mechanical or automotive knowledge to assist customers confidently
  • Understand common automotive parts, terminology, and customer needs
  • Communicate technical details in a simple, easy-to-understand way
  • Aid with additional administrative tasks related to customer orders and communication
  • Maintain organized records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions
  • Support smooth workflow between sales, operations, and customer service

Who You Are

  • A clear, neutral accent with strong phone communication skills
  • Experience in customer service, call handling, or sales support
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers
  • A basic mechanical or automotive understanding (preferred)
  • A professional, reliable demeanor capable of working independently
