Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding quotes, orders, and follow-ups
- Provide clear, friendly, and professional voice-based customer service
- Answer customer questions related to automotive parts and basic mechanical details
- Maintain a calm, helpful tone when handling enquiries or clarifying product information
- Follow up with customers after quotes are sent to encourage conversion
- Track pending quotes, customer responses, and next steps
- Ensure customers receive timely updates and accurate information
- Use basic mechanical or automotive knowledge to assist customers confidently
- Understand common automotive parts, terminology, and customer needs
- Communicate technical details in a simple, easy-to-understand way
- Aid with additional administrative tasks related to customer orders and communication
- Maintain organized records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions
- Support smooth workflow between sales, operations, and customer service
Who You Are
- A clear, neutral accent with strong phone communication skills
- Experience in customer service, call handling, or sales support
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers
- A basic mechanical or automotive understanding (preferred)
- A professional, reliable demeanor capable of working independently
