This position is currently remote (work from home) but can be subject to change to regular, in-office work.

Respond to inquiries, requests for information and/or complaints that require in-depth knowledge of applicable laws, rules, policies and procedures.
Greet and respond to in-person, telephone and/or written inquiries in a professional, courteous, friendly, respectful and timely manner to ensure positive internal/external customer service.
Listen carefully to internal/external customer's questions and/or concerns and ask appropriate follow-up questions to verify understanding.
Provide a complete, knowledgeable, accurate and precise response immediately or provide a firm commitment as to when a response will be provided.
Follow-up to ensure all of the customer's questions and/or concerns have been thoroughly answered.

Option 1

12 months training or 12 months experience in office practices and procedures of which 3 months involved operation of various office equipment; AND
12 months training or 12 months experience in public relations or customer service to include techniques for dealing with difficult people; AND
12 months training or 12 months experience in state and/or federal laws, rules, policies and procedures applicable to assigned inquiries, requests, complaints and/or transactions to be processed; AND
9 months training or 9 months experience in typing, keyboarding, data entry or word processing; AND
9 months training or 9 months experience in operation of personal computer.

$24.16 per hour

Full-time

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
