Customer Service Agent - WFH
About the role
You’ll work directly with members who need assistance understanding and accessing the programs available to them. Your goal is to make the process simple, informative, and professional from the initial conversation through follow-up.
- Communicate with members through phone and virtual meetings
- Identify individual needs by asking questions and listening carefully
- Help members understand available programs and available options
- Walk members through applications, enrollment, and required documentation
- Answer questions and provide additional assistance when needed
- Follow up with members throughout the process
- Keep client information and digital records accurate and organized
- Learn current program information, procedures, and best practices
- Deliver dependable and professional service in every interaction
Requirements
We’re interested in individuals who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Previous experience can be helpful, but your ability to communicate effectively, stay organized, and take ownership of your responsibilities is more important.

Backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, administration, sales, or other client-facing positions can be helpful, but no industry-specific experience is required.
