Customer Service Agent, Cross Functional (Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking flights
• Maintain computerized passenger boarding systems
• Provide assistance to customers with special needs, including wheelchair arrangements and unaccompanied minors
• Modify customer flight itineraries and seat assignments as necessary
• Operate the Jetway and load/unload baggage and cargo
• Drive motorized service vehicles and equipment
• Guide and park aircraft
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks
• Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service and meet corporate objectives

Requirements

• Successfully complete the Customer Service Agent training course
• Be able to lift up to 70 pounds
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions

Qualifications and Competencies

• Completion of a training course
• Able to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high-energy environment
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous airline experience
• Previous experience as a front-line customer service provider
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs

Physical Requirements

• Frequent stooping, bending, kneeling, walking, standing, reaching, lifting up to 70 pounds, and climbing stairs
• Assist passengers with disabilities, including pushing wheelchairs

Work Environment

• Use of computers, telephones, and other office equipment
• Airport ramp environment with varied weather conditions and elevated noise levels
• All shifts including weekends, nights, holidays, and irregular shifts
