Customer Service Agent-Car Rental Agency

Affiliate of the Bob Bell Automotive Group, Sterling Car Rental is seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Baltimore, Dundalk, or Essex, MD.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver rental cars to customers at local repair shops and homes.
• Present rental contracts, review rental rules and regulations, and explain customer responsibilities.
• Answer phones, quote rental rates, and book reservations.
• Assist with cleaning rental vehicles between rentals.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Own reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
• Previous customer service experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Schedule

Business hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (schedule will fall within these hours).

Pay

Starting pay: $18.00 per hour.
