Responsibilities
- Work closely with the leader to stay up to date on product and service knowledge.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and effectively handling complaints.
- Use scripts to handle difficult customer situations and escalate to the appropriate team if necessary.
- Ensure customer account information is always up to date.
- Handle incoming customer calls regarding product or service questions, general information, or complaints.
- Follow up with customers when necessary to ensure a complete and satisfactory experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or call centers (preferred but not required).
- Experience handling inbound/outbound calls in a high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and use of call scripts.
