About the role

Our Guest Service Advisors play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a positive experience. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and suggesting necessary vehicle services, all while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Confer with guests to determine or suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Provide an outstanding guest service experience.
  • Contribute to a fun and energetic working environment.

Requirements

  • A current and valid driver’s license.
  • Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
