About the role

We're seeking talented candidates for full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisor (also called Customer Service Advisor or CSA) positions at Jiffy Lube Multicare. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. We are Stonebriar Auto Services, America's fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchise and we're hiring now!

Responsibilities

  • Confer with our guests to determine or suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services which are needed for their vehicles.
  • Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Provide an outstanding guest service experience.
  • Contribute to an energetic and fun working environment.

Requirements

  • A current and valid driver's license is required.
  • Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
