About the role

We're seeking talented candidates for full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisor (also called Customer Service Advisor or CSA) positions at Jiffy Lube Multicare, America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations.

Responsibilities

• Confer with guests to determine or suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles.
• Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner while providing an outstanding guest service experience.

Requirements

• Current and valid driver's license.
• Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
