About the role

We are hiring full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisors (also called Customer Service Advisors or CSAs) at Jiffy Lube Multicare. Jiffy Lube is America’s leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. We are Stonebriar Auto Services, America’s fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchise.

Responsibilities

• Confer with guests to determine or suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles
• Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner
• Provide an outstanding guest service experience
• Contribute to an energetic and fun working environment

Requirements

• A current and valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an automotive service environment
