About the role
We're seeking talented candidates for full-time and part-time Guest Service Advisor (CSA) positions at Jiffy Lube Multicare. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. Stonebriar Auto Services is America's fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchise and we're hiring now!
Responsibilities
- Confer with guests to determine or suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles.
- Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner.
- Provide an outstanding guest service experience.
- Contribute to an energetic and fun working environment.
Requirements
- A current and valid driver's license is required.
- Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
