About the role

Precision Tune Auto Care is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role involves greeting and engaging customers in-store and over the phone, scheduling appointments, explaining services, selling parts and automotive services, supporting shop productivity, ensuring safety procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and resolving customer concerns.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone.
  • Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services.
  • Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • 1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts.
  • Computer entry skills.
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

  • Lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Climb ladders and safely operate a vehicle.

Pay

$13 + hour
