What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first and last point of contact for customers, creating positive impressions and fostering loyalty by recommending oil change options and additional services. Training will equip you with product knowledge and communication skills to effectively engage with guests and deliver exceptional service under the hood.
