Role Overview As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first and last point of contact for customers, creating positive impressions and fostering loyalty. Your responsibilities include recommending oil change options and additional services using product knowledge, supported by comprehensive training to develop your communication and technical skills. You will learn about our products, services, and company operations to deliver exceptional service.
