Guest Service Advisor (also called Customer Service Advisor or CSA) position at Jiffy Lube Multicare. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. We are Stonebriar Auto Services, America's fastest-growing Jiffy Lube franchise.

Responsibilities

• Confer with guests to determine or suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles.
• Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provide an outstanding guest service experience.
• Contribute to an energetic and fun working environment.

Requirements

• A current and valid driver's license is required.
• Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
