Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate technicians based on schedules, skills, and customer needs while providing timely service updates.
• Monitor work orders, technician productivity, maintenance schedules, and service performance to keep jobs moving.
• Manage service documentation, quotes, purchase orders, invoicing details, and customer approvals accurately and on time.
• Partner with Service, Sales, Rental, Parts, and other teams to support customers and resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

High school diploma required; technical school or college education preferred. 5+ years of customer service, operations, or similar experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and attention to detail. Microsoft Office proficiency; service order, invoicing, or purchase order experience is a plus.
