Responsibilities
- Serve as the first and last point of contact for customers, creating positive impressions and fostering loyalty
- Explain oil change options and additional services to guests
- Suggest services based on vehicle inspections
- Interact face-to-face with customers in a fast-paced environment
- Work as part of a team to provide excellent customer service
- Promote additional services to customers
Requirements
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to suggest services based on customer needs
- Willingness to learn and complete comprehensive training
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled setting
- Fluency in English
- Capacity to understand training and safety materials
