Customer Service Advisor

What You’ll Do As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first and last point of contact for customers, creating positive impressions and fostering loyalty through product knowledge and service recommendations. You will communicate effectively, suggest additional services based on vehicle inspections, and assist customers with their needs. No prior automotive experience is required, as comprehensive training will prepare you to become proficient in our products, services, and company procedures. Your responsibilities include interacting face-to-face, working in a non-climate-controlled environment, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
