Customer Service Administrative Representative

Responsibilities

• Greet customers
• Answer a multi-line phone system, emails, and other correspondence within a timely manner
• Perform general office duties
• Document and update customer records
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Aid management with various tasks
• Schedule client appointments daily, weekly, monthly

Qualifications

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to build a relationship with clients
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a busy atmosphere
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to manage time effectively
• Organizational Skills
