Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Process payments and update customer records
- Resolve billing disputes and provide accurate information
- Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain customer relationships
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or billing preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
