About the role
Multicircuits, a leader in the electronics industry, is looking to add an Account Manager.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze customer data for the preparation of quote packages.
- Order entry, order verification and order follow-up and tracking.
- Review and analyze technical prints, engineering data and customer quality requirements.
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotes from pricing matrix using established procedures.
- Interpret, analyze and answer customer inquiries regarding quotes, terms, deliveries, complaints, adjustments and requests for information.
- Acknowledge orders and alert customer to changes in order status, delivery and pricing.
- Delegate requests for information, complaints or service of a technical nature to the appropriate department for analysis or disposition.
- Maintain proficiency with company products and product applications, pricing procedures and sales policies.
- Assign specific customer accounts.
Qualifications
- Customer service in a technical/manufacturing environment required, PCB experience desired.
- Organized, accurate, conscientious, dependable and a quick learner.
- Strong math skills, proficiency in computer software systems including MS Office Suite, ability to learn proprietary software, solid verbal and written skills, good time management and attention to detail.
- Pre-employment physical and drug screen required.
