About the role

Drives and supports all analytics for the Clorox Cleaning Business on the Walmart Team. Supports and reports to the NAM and support sales director in the selling and influencing processes.

Responsibilities

  • Leads analytical support for the Walmart Cleaning team.
  • Identifies key sales trends and opportunities: Leverages syndicated/panel data to integrate a broad understanding of the marketplace.
  • Affords assistance in the development of category growth ideas.
  • Develops category line reviews and merchandising presentations.
  • Key contributor in internal and external planning.
  • Conducts key ad-hoc analysis to help understand business trends.
  • Handles sales/demand forecast.
  • Affords assistance to Cleaning Sales Managers with regular sales/demand reports.
  • Collaborates with multi-functional resources to deliver analytics that drive business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years analytical experience with a major consumer packaged goods manufacturer.
  • Advanced knowledge of data analytics, Syndicated Data (IRI, Nielsen) and Microsoft Office products.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities, including pivot tables and managing large datasets.
  • Ability to learn and understand customer specific data (i.e. SupplierOne, Scintilla).

  • Well organized with ability to prioritize and self manage workload; ability to take ownership of issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Strong integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality even within Clorox organization.
  • Strong decision making capabilities.

Skills

Pay

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
