What You’ll Do
- Provide positive energy during every call.
- Act as the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
- Input information into move software to provide accurate moving estimates.
- Make recommendations according to customer’s needs and TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® best practices.
- Obtain customer feedback through follow-up calls, both during and after moves; calmly and professionally handle customer concerns.
- Prepare move-related paperwork and documents.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales driven individuals
- Excellent customer service skills and problem solving
- Professional attitude, exceptional communication, organization, and time management
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new programs
- Willing to submit to pre-employment background check and drug screen
- A minimum of one year of sales experience is preferred
