Position Overview
Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representatives are needed to serve commercial and residential consumers in the green industry. They must be passionate and customer obsessed, possess excellent customer service skills, and have experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
What You’ll Do
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
- Aid customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through online ordering
- Support Hardscape and Nursery lines of business within the branch by assisting customers across a variety of products, services, and operational needs
- Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
- Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
- Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
- Aid with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment
Skills We Are Seeking
- Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting
- Excellent customer service skills
- Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product
- Experience with irrigation products and outdoor lighting systems
- Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
- Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
- Inventory management experience helpful
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
