Customer Sales & Service Rep I – Bilingual (English/Spanish)

About the role

Our Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representatives (CSSRs) are knowledgeable, energetic, and consistently deliver the best overall customer experience. In this role, you will serve commercial and residential consumers in the green industry with a customer-obsessed mindset.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
• Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via phone, or through online ordering
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick-up or delivery
• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to positively impact business performance
• Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or wholesale setting (preferred)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Bilingual proficiency (conversational English/Spanish preferred)
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products (a plus)
• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
• Inventory management experience (helpful)
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

Pay

$17.18 - $21.33 per hour
