Position Overview

Our Customer Sales & Service Representatives are responsible for demonstrating exceptional customer service, cultivating strong relationships with customers, assisting with inventory orders, and identifying growth opportunities. They also partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and improve business performance.

Skills We Are Seeking

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting
• Excellent customer service skills
• Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product
• Ability to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
• Inventory management experience helpful
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Valid Medical DOT Card
